Each will have its own windows desktop positioned behind it. For specifics, it will be 7 tvs each with their own windows station running their own unique video that need to be able to be commanded from one source. Are there any programs that already do this or is there a way to set up Windows Media Server to handle a task like this?

Remote desktop software connecting to the computers. Companies usually use a video server with a streaming network hardware attached to the display that runs video and images off a central console. Enplug and other companies that do digital signage.

There is really nothing like this on the cheap.
