Trying to watch TV on my Magnavox slim led through my zte smart phone

I have a Magnavox slim LED TV how do I hook my phone to it and watch TV is there some kind of hook up I need or is it in my setting some place on my TV or what I have tried and tried but couldn't get it to work plz someone help me

I know of no way to watch the phone on a TV. With a computer yes, but not a phone.
