Sounds like your lcd cable has come loose. Have you done anything to the laptop recently? Tried opening it or anything like that? Moved it around a lot? One way to check is hook up your laptop to an external monitor via hdmi/vga whatever. If the monitor loads up your laptop then at least you know it's the LCD on your laptop that has an issue. Could either be a dead lcd display, or just a loose/unplugged cable.
