Question Turn off the ACR on a Hisense TV

I would like to know if anyone knows how to permanently turn off/disable the ACR on a Hisense Smart TV. I have found the control setting (it's not where Hisense said it is) and have switched it off numerous times. But find when I turn the TV back on each time, the ACR is also switched on.
Also, does anyone know if Roku set top boxes also have ACR software? This is a Roku equipped TV but I have switched off all of the internal streaming functions and have it plugged into a set-top box. If I can't turn off all this spyware, I'm going to smash the TV and go buy a Sceptre.

I’ve had my Hisense Smart TV for a few months and this ACR thing drives me nuts. 😅 I turned the setting off in Settings > System > Advanced like the manual says, but every time I turn the TV back on ACR is switched on again automatically! I swear this feature keeps coming back like a bad ghost
