turning off automaticly

My MSI CX41 laptop turns off after 10 minutes playing a game. First it was only one game but after a while turns it off in every game....

This is usually the signs of a heat or power issue. Are you monitoring your CPU and GPU temperatures? Does this happen only when using the AC power adapter or also when running on battery power?

I use AC power adapter.

How hot is the CPU and GPU at idle and under load (like when gaming)?

under load CPU is 65 to 73 and GPU is 67 to 90 in gaming.

at idle CPU is 1 to 10 and GPU is 59.

It is getting too hot and shutting down to prevent damage. You can try using a laptop cooler, reapplying thermal compound to the CPU and GPU heatsinks, clean the intake/exhaust ports, and/or dialing back your graphics settings in games to reduce the load on the GPU.

I send you an email a week ago about turning off because my laptop is getting too hot. You gave me some advice like buying a cool pad and cleaning the ports. I did it all but its still the same. It turns off after 10 minutes of playing any games.
Please help.

Then you likely have a damaged motherboard. Does it work properly when just accessing the web? How about when playing videos?

No its OK for videos or accessing web.

So, only when under a heavy load (like when gaming) it fails. That would imply that there is an issue with the video controller.

What version of Windows are you using? Also, are you main drivers (video, chipset, audio, network) up to date? Same question for Windows.

I updated my main drivers but now there is no sound...it says no audio output device is installed.
