turns on but screen goes blank.

I have an aspire e 15 that I've only had for 2 months. The other day I tried to turn it on and all I got was the aspire logo and then a blank screen. It's a touch screen, so the mouse appears if I touch the screen, but not much more than that. I use it primarily for my online class, so I really need it to work! Please, can someone help me?

Hi there,

Did you check if the there is dust in the fan-airway ?
just turn it off and blow against the airflow of the cooling fan... if you see dust coming out just use compressed air (USE something to block the FAN).

I don't know how that would help, but I tried it anyways. It didn't work. This is so frustrating.

is it possible that the screen settings are wrong ? like when you work with 2 screens and the first has the logon screen and the second is black ?
what does the mouse allow ? a right-click ? or nothing ?
