well my headset is called the turtle beach px11 and when i plug it in i only get sound on the left hand side of the headset and not the right. the mic works fine as well.
Have you tested it on something else to make sure its not an issue with the head phones? Also how do you have the PX11 connected? I use the PX51 on my PC and use the Optical for the connection.
