Tv audio through surround sound

Hi I just bought a Samsung TV which only has 5 ports on the back Its a Samsung 32" FH4003 Series 4 HD LED TV and I have a LG surround system (Model HT356SD) which doesn't have HDMI or anything like that. I am struggling to get the tv audio to play through the surround sound.
Please can someone help me Us ladies don't know about these things.

The sound system seems to only have analog audio inputs (3.5mm mini jack) and the TV seems to have the same so you should be able to use a 3.5mm stereo cable to connect them.
