I would like transmit my TV's audio to my smartphone. I'm not exactly sure what TV I have, but I know that it's a Sharp Aquos, it's 46 inches, and that's it's a few years old. What would I need to do so?
Sorry for not specifying, my phone is a Samsung Galaxy S4 and my TV is model LC-46LE620UT.
Yeah I doubt it's possible to do this with your tv. I did a bit of research and I found nothing to do with bluetooth and your tv, not even in your manual. Apparently this feature is only exclusive to specific MX series tv's, so you're out of luck. Why do you want tv audio to your phone If I may ask?
On a side note nice choice on the S4, it's a great phone.

I haven't tried this (yet) but there are bluetooth stereo transmitters available. Can't you connect one to the headphone socket or RCA sockets via an adapter and pick the signal up on your phone?
Anyone know if this would work?
(I would like it as I am partially deaf and would be able to listen through headphones at a higher volume than my partner wants through the speakers).
