Solved! TV box does not want to connect with it.

I need help. I have a Telekom LIT android tv box that works perfectly on my older tvs. I've bought a new smart TV and now it doesn't want to work, shows no signal. I brought a new hdmi cable but still the same. I've also did a factory reset on the box my older TV. But it still doesn't want to pick up a single. What can I do

Cannot imagine what other setting needs changing -- all I have to do when I plug an HDMI device (eg games console) in to my TV is select the relevant input from the TV input menu and bingo, it works.

Reconnect it to your old TV and check the video resolution settings. Try changing the setting to be compatible with your new set. If the android box doesn't support 4k then set it to 1080p.
