TV connect question

I have an iPhone but no WiFi in the house. I do have internet on my phone. Is there a way I can hook my phone to the tv and enjoy shows that are on my phone apps?

If you have a smart TV you can enable WiFi Hotspot from you iPhone and connect the TV to Internet

Technically yes, but whether your carrier allows it, or how much they want for the service, maybe a bigger roadblock.

You can also use the Lightning AV adapter with your phone and connect it to the TV with HDMI. Either way your phone plan will need to accommodate the increased data you will use when watching your phone on the TV.
