Question Tv has sound but no picture

Jvc TV. For some reason there is no picture when tv turned on but there is still sound. Tv was working fine last night but this has now happened. Switched off at socket and back on...didn't solve the issue, no loose/damaged wires or cables

Could be a bad system board or screen. You did not give any info about the TV model, how old it is, what you tried if anything past just powering it off. Did you check other inputs and sources?
