TV in my laptop

Hello,
i have installed a program allowing me to watch TV via a USB with an antenna. All is installed well, but the program is not able to find any TV channels- does it mean there is no signal of TV (I am in a city, so don't think so), and is there something i can do?

Do you know if the usb antenna tuner is digital or analog? Remember, there really aren't any analog channels over the air waves anymore. Check the settings and ensure that it is scanning for digital OTA channels and not analog.
