Solved! Tv no cable

Have a Sony tv and screen is blank except for hdmi info. I can get to my dvd and Roku device but cable goes blank. I rebooted everything. I also can’t use any apps via the tv home button, screen goes blank. Ideas?

Try updating the TV via the TV´s menu

unplug the TV for about 2 minutes, press "power on" at the TV while power is disconnected. Reconnect the power and try again.
