Solved! TV not able to connect with gaming PC

So my PC is a HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop 690-0020 and the TV I use as a monitor is a Sony Bravia. Last night they were working just fine but now there's "no signal" on the TV when I boot up the computer. I've tried replacing the HDMI cord and fixing the input on the TV to display HDMI 2 (the port it should be connected to) but neither of those options have worked. Is there something else I can do?
