My tv has this problem, when unplugged doesn’t work for almost 24 hours i have to keep it unplugged so that the next day wheN i plug it back it works, if i leave it plugged for that time the next day it is still not working!
If its new take it where you bought it, because it has issue with capacitors. If its old then maybe replacing capacitors would help it but if under certain budget lets say 80$, which TV is in question?
