tv on standby mode cant get it off

my tv is on standby mode and i have no remote and I have tried loads of different remotes but cant get it of standby ?

I don't think I have ever seen a TV without a power switch somewhere. It may not be obvious where it is but should be there. If you don't have the original TV remote then try to get a replacement from the maker. If you can't do this you may be able to get a universal remote that will handle the brand. Some off brands may be a real problem.
