Tv overscan please help

My Craig tv has major overscan issues and it won’t let me fix it in the menu. I just got an xbox and you can’t fix overscan, it just tells you to use your tv’s menu but in my case I can’t the model number is clc512 I don’t know what to do some games I can handle but on others I can’t. Please help!

I tried to contact them and I've been waiting a while and sent them a copy of it for a while, but I'll try again
