Tv problem Vizio

OK so my daughter dropped my TV and now it has these gray bars in the after image on the bottom. Not sure what to do or where to go or how to fix it and of course I’m out of warranty

No likely to be a DIY repair but you could open the set and see if you can find any physical damage. That will point you towards what boards might require repair or replacement. Depending on the size and age of the set it might be cheaper to replace then to pay a technician to repair it.
