Solved! TV RCA audio issue

Hi all, I just bought a Toshiba TV 55u77. I'm trying to hook up my PA speakers to it. They are connected to a mixer, first I tried RCA to RCA on the TV and nothing (no sound) then I tried RCA to AUX, it works, but the problem I'm having is, I cannot control the sound via the remote, I have to get up and adjust the mixer. On my other TV I had it set up the same way and I was able to adjust the volume with the tv remote. I've tried all the tv settings... Is there anything else I can do? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

If ur lucky there is a TV Audio setting for Variable/Fixed. In its absence, you are S.O.L.
