tv remote to dvd player how ???

ive got a toshiba tv with a ct-852 remote it says you can put the dvd player how do you do that ?

If it is a universal remote you have to input the program code Toshiba has for your dvd player.
You get the program code from the manual, If you don't have the manual then you can always google for it.
