By thoroughly processing your problem, I came up with idea. The thing is next, you'll need one thing that can help you lower down your TV volume. It's called TV Remote Controller. When you get your hands on it, there's button saying "Volume" or simply "V" and has plus (+) and minus (-). Use your minus to decrease volume and plus to increase it. Good luck.
