Tv sound problem

Is it possible to connect an usb sound card to my led hd tv as i have sound problem on my tv ?

Any suggestions ?

No. TVs don't have drivers for that kind of device.
If your TV has an audio output that might still work OK even if the TV amplifier/speakers have a problem. Most TVs have an optical audio output that can be converted to analog if your speakers are self powered.
