HDTVs generally do not have ports to output video. Of course, if your TV does have a video out port, it might be possible to work with. Please provide your HDTV's make and model number. Otherwise, you need a source (like a cable/satellite set top box) with a VGA output to get TV onto your projector.

OK I will grab the #'s.....but even better, how do I run Comcast cable/DVR
 
If your set top box from Comcast has a VGA output, then it's just a matter of connecting the two. If your set top box does not have a VGA output, you'll need some type of adapter.
