depending on when and where you bought it the answer may vary.



the brick and mortar stores closed and the website was bought out by systemax.

if you bought it in the store and the warranty was sold aftermarket contact the number on your warranty card.

if you bought it in the store and the warranty came with the tv then contact the number on the manufacturers website or on your tv.
