Two Dropbox folders on one PC

I have a Dropbox account and want to store folders on two different drives, and have them both backed up etc by Dropbox. How can I do that?

I'm not sure how to have 2 folders on the same computer which would automatically get synced by Dropbox. There is one folder is made by the program and any files or folders INSIDE that will get synced online. But to have a second folder; I'm not sure that's possible.

It is possible, I ended up running two Dropbox instances at once, after having created an extra account.
