Type Emoji, Accents, and Currency In Documents in MacBook Pro

If you are used to adding emoji, accented characters, and currency or other symbols while preparing a document, your MacBook Pro running macOS High Sierra has something you would definitely love.

Here’s how you can add accents, smileys, and currency symbols to your documents in your MacBook Pro:
Note: Before proceeding, make sure open the document, and place the cursor next to the text or line where you want to add an emoji, accent, or symbol.

Add an Emoji
Get to the Emoji & Symbols box
Click Edit from the menu bar, and click Emoji & Symbols. This opens the Emoji & Symbols box. The smileys this box contains are placed in different categories as per their nature and type.
