I had an old Motorola XT1031 with no service since 2014, had the GPS, WiFi, and or any other tracking app OFF at the time it was stolen..I only have a MEID#.. DO U KNOW ANY FREE ONLINE APP I CAN USE TO TRACK IT?

Call up the police and whoever you last had service with. They won't tell you where it is, but they may be able to track it and recover it, and can certainly blacklist it.

Here's the thing.. Dont really get along with cops plus I'm more of a DO-IT-YOURSELF guy.. N I'm not in the US no more.. Bt I'm still trying to track it.. Any other bright ideas??

Impossible, then. The only way to track it is to get logs of the mobile networks it connects to.
