Ulefone Power turns off and only goes on when the charger is plugged in

My phone randomly turns off (for example the battery is about 40% and goes off) and then when I try to turn on the phone I can't unless I have the charger plugged in. Even when my phone has battery if I restart it happens the same thing. I have to plugged in the charger.
Then I charged it until 100%, I restart the phone and the battery is not fully charged.

Is the battery the problem? Can someone help me?

Sounds like you need a new battery.

I have the same issue, The strange thing is that my wife and i both purchased one of these phones each at the same time and both phones started doing this random turning off and showing 100% charged then virtually nothing, both phones playing up on the same day seems awfully like built in obsolescence to me..
