Ultra Thin Gaming Laptop for $1000

So I'm looking to get a new laptop for around $1000. I want the laptop to have the ability to play most of today's games at decent settings at a good frame rate. I also want it to be super thin so I can take it places and use it on my lap. So, an as thin as possible gaming laptop for about $1000. Thanks in advance.

Good gaming laptops are not thin. They give off too much heat - from powerful components. So they need good ventilation including the use of heatsinks and fans. Which take up room.

Thinness over all else, then graphics over cpu is really what I'm looking for here.

The acer you have mentioned is a good laptop and should be able to play all the current games at med to high settings. Just remember to turn off the always on fan in the bios when you are doing normal things or the fans will rev up assuming this option is there. I know that some acers do have this but I don't know which ones do.
