Do these exist?

I know its a bad idea to have too much power in such a small body because of heat, but after hearing reviews of the new Dell Precision M3800 and its lack of heating problems, it definitely is possible to keep heat in control with the right design. Only issue is the Dell M3800/XPS 15 are up there at around $2000.

Are there any other ultrabooks or ultrabook-like laptops that don't have a gimped ULV processor? I'm on the market for a new laptop and I need something light with plenty of CPU power for post music production.

I too have been looking for something like this and unfortunately, the ONLY laptop I have found that has a nice, low profile yet still retains a normal mobile processor is the MacBook Pro. Sony has completely abandoned all of the normal mobile processors, looks like ASUS has followed suit and any of the lenovo's that I would consider have as well. I'm trying to recommend a good, someone slim well built laptop for a friend of mine for his work but, I'm not sure I should recommend one of the ULV processors as they aren't much faster than my Dell i5 sandy bridge mobile processor and that guy can bog down with large photoshop files.
