If you want to use a bluetooth speaker or soundbar and the TV doesn't support bluetooth you would need to connect a bluetooth transmitter to the audio output of the TV. Check what kind of audio outputs your TV has and that they can be set to PCM stereo. Get a transmitter with the correct input and pair it with your speaker. You may need to turn the output on and the TV speakers off in the TV audio menu to get it working.
