Unable to create file

I am having a problem with downloading slots from realtime gaming. Everytime I try to download one of the slots it will tell me unable to create file or communication error. I have tried everything from uninstalling to installing, setting my cookies to medium, turning off my firewall, enabling my pop-up blocker, updating java and adobe flash player. I was told to go to msn gaming fix but it doesn't say anything about unable to create file fix. Plz Plz help. Thanks Susan 🙁
