Unblocking Netflix from Administrator

I need help so at my school i am trying to access Netflix in class but it wont allow me to everytime i open the website it will say that this site connections is not secure and that thieves may be trying to steal my information i have also tried downloading a VPN but it is blocked by the school help me what do i do
