Hello,
I have some strange graphic problems with my Alienware 17 laptop. For some games there is just like slight fps drop spike, instead fps aren't dropping at all, everything freezes but just for an instant. For other games, while i play them there are some times when whole screen freezes except the mouse and sounds of the game(game continues just the screen freezes), and for fast fix this i have to use Minimize('windows') button on my keyboard and when i Maximize, the screen isn't frozen anymore and i can play until the next 'freeze attack'.There is one game in which the problem is at its peak(https://vid.me/55Gk).Also there are very few games i have no problem playing it. Please, if you have any idea how to solve my problem, share your ideas. Just to make sure my drivers is up to date i'm using Nvidia Experience for GTX 780M and manually checking Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 drivers , even tried to rewrite it and nothing changed.OS Windows7 64bit,DirectX 11. If u need any additional info i can provide it with no problem.

P.S. Sorry for my broken English, it's not my native language.

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving that issue.

- Go to Device Manager and uninstall NVIDIA graphics driver.
- Open Programs and Features and uninstall anything related to NVIDIA graphics.
- Download and install the latest driver from the manufacturer site.
- Here's the link: http://www.nvidia.com/download/index.aspx
- Once installed reboot your PC for all the changes to take effect.
- After the restart make sure to set all the games to run in NVIDIA processor.
