As visible in the picture linked, I have my ADMINISTRATOR Account "Parshva Shah" and this was the only one I have had for months on Windows 10.
However, a weirdly named LOCAL Account "wpncnnmgse" got created on my machine. I keep on deleting this account along with its files, but it revives itself on every boot! (I have never created another account on my Windows.)
I doubt that this is a hacker attack or some malicious activity occurring.
Two events I remember before this issue started: A major Windows update was being downloaded (after a long time, after I disabled metered connection in Wifi settings) and running a suspicious file that I later scanned via VirusTotal and it didn't seem to be a threat.
I cannot recollect any other activity that could have caused this.

Help much appreciated :)

My Laptop details:
Manufacturer: Dell
OS: Windows 10, dual-booted with Ubuntu 14.04
Dual-boot: Yes, with Ubuntu 14.04
Antivirus: ESET+MalwareBytes Anti-malware+MalwareBytes Anti-exploit.

I am sorry, I can't recollect the software link and I had deleted the file immediately. It was some Media Tweaker and the site I had used for download isn't well-known
