Unlock cores on a laptop?

Hello,
i have a AMD athlon II p340 processor, can I unlock it to a quad core? can I also unlock my ati raedeon 4250 hd?
is there some modded bios for my laptop that can do that?
i have a acer aspire 4552

Sure, if you can get someone to custom design and manufacture a motherboard for that specific laptop chassis with custom BIOS options to allow you to attempt to unlock the cores.
