Sometimes you might get locked by a glitch.
Most locked down will go away after 24 hours
Did you try to login from other devices?
If you are on a mobile device uninstall the app and install it back and try again.
If you are in a computer then try deleting cookies, cache and temporary data., since sometimes they might prevent you from login in
