Unlocking LG aristo 2

I received a LG aristo 2 two months ago from a relative from US and i have tried to unlock it with some of the local business here in Tonga that deals with phone unlock but till this day they can not unlock it..imei:personal information removed by Modrator. Please I would like your help on this matter...

The only way it can be unlocked is by paying the Service Provider to end the account your US relative has.
