Unremovable adware. Tried most solutions found on here.

Long time reader, 2nd time poster. So about a month ago I picked up some adware somewhere along the way, prevents me from using MSN.com, always has ads for anastasiabeauties.com. That sort of thing. I'm not a computer expert, but am savvy enough to usually fix problems using these forums. I've ran EVERY anti-malware/spyware/adware to try to fix this, but haven't gotten anywhere. Malwarebytes, Bitdefender, Adwblocker, RKill, JRT and others. Tried Windows Security Offline as well. No solutions. I then tried a hard reset of Windows 10, which i figured would take care of it. Wiped everything, adware is still there upon opening Microsoft edge after reset. I'm open to suggestions or tips if the brains can think something up.

I have the same problem with my 2 laptop PCs and I have tried most of these malware removal apps including Hitman Pro, HerdProtect, Malwarebytes, Adwblocker, and NONE of these have been able to remove the banner ad hijacking malware that has infected my PCs, none of these apps identifies this malware as being present on my PCs. The malware hijacks the banner ads for any website I visit that displays banner ads, for example on ESPN.com I will initially see the native ESPN banner ads when I first pull up that website but then the anastasiabeauties.com ads or asianbeauties.com ads quickly replace those ESPN banner ads, and when the hijacking occurs it causes some functions to not work properly on the website I'm visiting and/or displays their ads over top of the normally viewable content on the website. It also occasionally will display a fake pop-up warning message during my browsing session stating that my PC is infected and gives me a phone number to call to get tech support for it, nice. This is a particularly stealthy and nasty piece of malware.
