Unsupported file downloads

So I can't download any pvs files and it says format not supported. I have a Motorola G4 plus

That would be because your phone is running on an Android OS. The files you are wanting to access/read require either mac or windows to open. Since your phone runs a completely different OS it would not be able to access them.

You can probably put them on the phone, and then transfer them to a computer (mac or windows) that can read them, but you can't do it on the phone.
