Upgrade graphics card Inspiron 13 7353

Hi There,
I was wondering if I could upgrade the graphics card on my current laptop. I want to be able to play Forza Horizon 3 on it, but what is has now doesn't have near the power.

Model 7353
IntelCore i7-7500U
8GB memory
500 GB SSD
Integrated Intel HD Graphics 550
