Upgrading HP 250 G3

Hi. I'm using HP 250 G3 running WIndows 10 (×64). It is equiped with 2GB of memory, an Intel Celeron N2840 (2.16GHz) processor and Intel HD Graphics. I want to upgrade it to something that will run FIFA17, or to its fullest. Can you please help me on how to upgrade it?

Can you also help me on the PCI Controller driver that has gone missing?

Can't upgrade that laptop past maybe installing more RAM which won't help with running games much at all. For the driver, that one is usually the modem, download the driver from HP support site.
