Solved! USB Bluetooth Receiver not working

I use a bluetooth receiver to connect my bluetooth headphones to my pc. It does work on my laptop and phone, but not on my desktop PC. The USB port is working. If i put it in my laptop the blue light starts flashing, but it does not when i put it in my pc..

I fixed it. It turns out I had to not install the driver cd rom that came with it but connect it through windows..
