Solved! USB cannot connect to Nikon L330 in windows 10

Hi I have a new laptop, which to date I have been able to download pictures from my L330. It ran a Windows 10 update and not cannot connect to the camera. I cannot find any drivers for the camera for Window 10. Can you help please? Many thanks

I suggest you use a card reader. They are dirt cheap and faster than the PTP camera type transfers.

Thanks great thanks. So that solves future photo's I take, but how do get the photos I have already taken onto my computer please? Thank you so much. I'm not very technically minded sorry!!

Your camera uses a standard SD card
So why not just do as I suggested and get a card reader and put the memory card in it?

My daughter said the memory card would only hold future pictures, not the ones I have already taken, is that not correct them?

Unless the pictures have been deleted and overwritten the pictures should still be on your memory card. As has already been suggested, get a card reader and look to see what is on the memory card. You will never know until you actually try it.

Your camera uses SD storage. So remove the SD card that is in your camera and put it in a SD card reader.
