Question Usb flash on tv

i bought a usb flash i tried it on my tv and it working fine next day i used it to install windows on my pc using rufus after windows setup i tried it again on my tv and it not working and keep get a message usb has been disconnected every time i try to but the flash on the tv i re formated it to fat 32 and not work format to ntfs not work what should i do
