USB headset doesnt have a good sound, but the mic still works?

I have a Sentey Symph headset, one day the audio stopped working, and it either had no sound, or a low and static sound, moving the wires seemed to work for a month, and some tape fixed it, but that method eventually stopped working as well.

I recently tested the mic, and it worked perfectly, so i searched online, but sadly nothing worked.

Im pretty stupid when it comes to technology, so opening it to check by myself was not an option. Do i just take it somewhere and get it fixed, do i install the drivers again, or do i just buy a new headset?

$30 headsets you go and buy new ones when they break out of warranty. Since you know its in the wires, reinstalling drivers isn't going to help sadly.
