USB Headset making static noise

I just bought a MAD CATZ FREQ 4D USB headset, the moment i plug them in i get a zzzzzzzzZZZzzzzzz constant sound it is really annoying, any of you have any idea how to get rid of it?

Does it do that no matter what USB port it's plugged in to? Do you have a different computer or gaming console you can try the headset with?

Hello there, yes it does not matter wich USB port i use, i tested it on all 6 rear USB ports and the 4 frontal ones.

Also i tested it on my laptop and it still does the same.

i have the exact same issue like you.
probably you have to ground your motherboard because most likely the noise you're hearing is electricity.
Go to a local PC shop and explain him your issue.
