MY phone is samsong galaxy s 8 when I insert a flsh it doesnt work i changed the android version it didnt work again what should i do?pls help

Tap your Apps square and go to Settings then More and scroll down to About Device.

Open that and go to Build Number and tap on that seven times. That will prompt a message "You are now a Developer" and an extra entry in that Settings menu is Developer options and one of those is USB Debugging. Tick that box and when you restart the device, it should work properly.
