Usb mode

My touchscreen is not responsive. I am trying to hook it up to the computer to get information from the internal memory of the phone. Is there anyway to enable USB mode of the phone so I can pull information from the on board memory? My hard key's work just nothing on the touchscreen, I am stuck at the screen lock.

the typical way requires the use of the touch screen. you might want to try taking the phone to a local cell store (your provider) as they might have a toolkit available to deal with this.

if you have a sim card in your phone know that you can back up numbers to this sim card. however, not while you have no touchscreen.
